M1 m2

Looking to buy a VHF marine radio
The local sailing club use M2
Is there any portable radios with this feature on or is these channels used called different
any help

They should all be able to use M2 channel but may be labelled differently (P4 on icom) depending on radio set up. Just look the manual for the radio you are considering HX300 standard horizon is a good easy to use set may need programming by dealer for M2 not sure if it's included in uk spec models as default

SH and Icom programme UK models with M2 by default (P4 on an icom).

If buying online from a non-UK chandlery - you need to check what they are supplying.
