Minn Kota transducer mount

I need to fit a transducer but am loathed to drill hole's. Gluing a pad to the transom could be an option. But I've seen this Minn Kota transom pole mount and wondered if anyone else has used one please?

The video clip show the mount very well.

I made up something similar, that picks up the fixings for the transom wheels. No additional holes/adjustable & easily removed.

Yup works fine. I had to tweak it initially to get the transducer set correctly, but now it’s fine. I made it up from bits of stuff I had lying around. I can’t find a photo, I’m sure I’d put one on my build thread.
