Just like to add to the Garmin Love-in. I am fortunate enough to work on the same industrial estate as them and dropped my 72 in to have the little brass pin fixed that had broken off. Not only did they not even charge me for the repair they brought it round to my unit to give it to me - and I don't even remember telling them where I worked!
