Navionics gold

Can anyone tell me if the navionics maps can be taken off an SD card and put on a micro card.

Cheers

Not as far as I'm aware, they are encrypted to the card serial number. If you send it back to Navionics they will do it for a fee & update the chart. I don't know how much it costs.

.....sh1t happens.......

Don't know if it's still the case, but it used to be that if you tried to do anything to the card, the data became useless. Trying to copy would result in a file read error (probably a CRC safeguard); writing to the card would corrupt existing data.
