That device is quite good value on the AIS side, but depending on what you want, you may find it quite limiting on the Wi-Fi side, e.g. it just supports TCP on a fixed port so can't work with apps that require UDP or a different port number, and it just acts as an Access Point so can't hook in to a router (though you probably don't have one on a RIB). You also need to ad in the cost of a 12V -> 5V power supply, as it is powered by 5V.
