Why is it sooooo SHITE!
It takes hours to open and then appears to be in some weird format. Its been like this for days.
Complete load of bollox.

They've got some massive IT migration going on, I amended our licence and it had some note on the footer of the return email.

No ..... I think officially.... the site just 'sucks'
They have the most bizarre method of allowable password which fits none of my usual criteria for password creation, and as such I havnt a hope in fook of ever remembering it ..
