optimax Ecu 200 to 250 racing

Hi There,

I'm owning a 200bhp optimax 3.0L from 2000 .... ( 300 hours on it)

I would like to get some more power ...
I can buy a 250 racing ECU ...
link from ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/300815249579...X:IT&vxp=m tr

My question is does it fit ? Do I have to change something in my engine loom ?
Is it just PLUG & PLAY ?

Thanks
Ben
