Northern exposure rescue used to have the pac 22 (mk1 mermaid engine) manual on their website. Not sure if there is enough wiring detail there for you.

There is a slightly more detailed wiring diagram in the Mermaid Operator's Handbook - Ford Dover Series that is available to download from the Mermaid Marine website.
