Petrol tank sender and float unit ????

As per my other thread..... I have removed the broken sender unit from my tank. It says VDO 145 on it. Are they all the same size ? Anyone elso replaced one recently ?

does it have a five hole flange? In the U.S. a five hole flange sending unit is pretty much standard to fit almost all tanks that are permanently installed.
