possible transducer problem
my sonar seems to have stopped working it no longer shows any depth on the chart overlay & shows 135 foot depth constantly on the sonar page the rest of the chartplotter works ok but none of the sonar.
i can't feel any pulse from the transducer at all my thoughts are trani is floooked anyone have any other thoughts tests i can do?

You haven't "stopped sonar" in the menu have you?

I didn't touch it Dave it just went off but will have a look tomorrow might be back to you re the transducer the one I have is a 83/200 transom mount

ok sonar hadn't stopped getting spasmodic depth readings 0,5,12,15m simulator works ok still no pulse even when it shows a depth reading

sent it back to navico just inside the warranty period very helpful the guy talked me through the scenarios so they are testing the unit & will tell if the trani is buggered

received back from navico well a brand new upgraded hook version, sonar was buggered.
i was just out of warranty but they still sorted me out FOC i've always bought lowrance apart from a humminbird side scan very very good customer service from navico. IMO
