Programming MMSI to Garmin 200

Anyone got any idiot proof instructions as to how to program an MMSI number to a Garmin VHF 200?

Have a copy of your MMSI to hand, make sure the numbers are written clearly to avoid mis-entry.

Press "menu"

Select "DSC", then "My MMSI"

Use the channel select rotary switch to move through the numbers, pressing the knob to enter each number and move to the next slot.

Press "accept"

Repeat the entry process, using the knob.

Press "accept"
