Raymarine flickers screen

Hi All,
I have a Raymarine C120 plotter and the screen has started flickering/juddering this morning, any ideas on how I fix it ?
All help much appreciated.

What's your battery voltage like? The C & E series( I'm assuming its a "classic") are sensitive to low battery voltage, does it flicker with the engine running?

It was working fine yesterday, but started flickering today !
Will check voltage, but yes, was flickering with engine running.

Spoke to a mate who works for Raymarine, In the simplest situation, the cable is jigging loose. However, more likely that the screen drive circuit is failing (the LCD's are fairly reliable). A quick cross check - look to the side to see if the CCFD backlight LED's are flickering as well

To complete the last post


There is a cable that runs between the LCD and pcbs, it could come loose. Can you see if its just the LCD flickering or the backlight as well
