SH GX2000 MMSI reset

Does anyone know if it's possible to reset the MMSI number on the above VHF? I know it's usually a dealer job, but some can be reset with a key press combination, any ideas?

Just spoke to SH, no can do. Dealer or factory only. I'm guessing it's a combination of secret button presses but they ain't playing.

Pikey, I think it's software with a cable wired in somewhere.

Cheers, it's one or the other. I know the Icoms are software & cable. Some are a button press combination that brings up a hissed menu. Back to the dealer it is. It's not mine, a mate has bought a yacht in Mexico & has re-registered it in the UK, so he has a new mmsi number. I think he's gone out & bought an Icom 506 since I first asked the question.
