I had an S10 - piece of junk - would never buy Silva again as a result.
However that is excelent service replacing (free of charge) 2+ year old radios with no inconvenience to the owners (ie pick up on delivery of new radio)
Well done Silva - now turn some of this effort to bringing your products up to scratch. Im sure all my issues were down to crap waterproofing...
Cheers for that info, mine was the 511th of that batch and as a result I'll be getting a new unit......Incidently I've had no problems with the operation of mine since I bought it.

Apparently they were liable to transmit an incorrect position if the red button was pressed!
Cant fault their customer service in this instance tho. must have made a big loss when you consider how much the unit cost in relation to the replacement and courier charges!
