I'm pleased to be able to report a fine example of great customer service from the chaps at Communication Aerials Ltd (the manufacturers of V-Tronix kit).
In what I can only assume was a bout of sheer stupidity I put the mounting bracket for my RIB Raider VHF aerial "in a safe place"
. Well, as you can guess now that I need it I can't bl**dy well remember where it is.
So, I phoned up Communication Aerials Ltd and spoke to Tim Christie the MD there. Having told him the story he just told me to send him a quick letter with a return address and some postage stamps to cover p&p. By return post a brand new bracket appeared at my door - what more can I say. Thanks Tim and his team
Aerial now fitted and I'm a happy chap
I've no affiliation with V-Tronix but thought I'd let you all know that there are still some businesses that believe customer service is practicality and not simply an abstract concept.
