The other day I spotted a compass.......

.....that had been fitted into a perspex windshield. It was on the net but for the life of me I can't find it again. Has anyone ever seen or heard of a compass designed to be fitted in this way ? To me it looked like a proper job, not a bodge and P D scarper type of affair.

Bulkhead Mounted Compasses

Plastimo do compasses designed to be mounted in a bulkhead - loads of yachts have them. Can be viewed by both the helmsman outside in the cockpit and the navigator inside the cabin.
Should be able to be mounted in a Perspex sheet.

Marathon Leisure Ltd. Hayling Island, UK, it's a Richie V57.2.

think the Plastimo might be cheaper, look at a Contest 101 compass.
