VHF model help needed old school

Can anyone tell me the make and model of the vhf where all the controls are on he mic and the radio is just a black box? Need one that the critical parts are easy to remove to improve security and restrict access other option is an external antenna for a handheld which might be easier. A fixed set would have more power antenna height either way would be around 2.5m high enough to take advantage of the greater power?

Also what’s a decent cheap fixed antenna likely to cost? Used would be better there is no budget for this.....

Thanks here is a simrad one too, as budget is minimal was hoping there be some older model basic units that might be replaced with new dsc ais models and could be found cheap.
