Hi
can anyone help please need wireing diagram for navico,pulled the cable of the mic and wires have broken at the plug,thanks

As far as I'm aware, the RT6500 isn't supported anymore since Navico got taken over by Simrad - it is a damn fine radio though.

Have a look on ebay - there's often a few around for not much money.

If you don't get any joy, let me know and I'll open up one of ours and let you have the wiring layout.

Thanks for offer,will look on ebay for book,do you use your radio on a rib and if so is it exposed to the elements,fitted mine but kept failing with sea water on it ,have since bought a Icom handheld thought of fitting the NAVICo 6500 in water proof box just in case (more range and power)

RT6500s like water in the same way that fish like bicycles. Except less.

Waterproof box is a good option...if you've loads of cash. A Neptune box would go for around £200.
