We trust everyone is safe and well – if not a little fed up.

We have been thinking how best to show our appreciation for the loyalty and understanding our Dry Stack clients have shown during what has been a difficult and frustrating start to the boating season.

Therefore, we are happy to announce the following measures: -

Those clients on our “Summer Launch & Recovery With Winter Storage” package will automatically be upgraded to our “All Year Round Unlimited Launch & Recovery” package – free of charge. This means they can enjoy an extra 6-months launch and recovery for free.

Those clients already on our “All Year Round Unlimited Launch & Recovery” package will have their invoices reduced to the “Summer Launch & Recovery With Winter Storage” package price, but can still enjoy 12 months of Launch & Recovery.

Those people who have renewed their contracts since March 1st 2020 will receive a refund and this offer will remain in place until March 1st 2021 to ensure that all those who renew later in the year receive the same benefit.

All existing KB Dry Stack clients will receive an e-mail confirming these arrangements.

In the meantime, the Dry Stack remains open for Commercial operators and approved engineers and for clients who wish to carry out necessary maintenance work or safety checks.

For the protection of KB staff and clients, special “work stations” have been set up to ensure that all government guidelines on social distancing can be maintained.

Finally, like many others, we hope that the restrictions on travel (and thus leisure boating) will be relaxed shortly and we can all get on with our boating.
