Mark 'Dog' Phillips speaking at the National Rib Show

We are very pleased to announce that Mark 'Dog' Phillips has prepared a 1hr talk on RIB handling and safety for the National Used RIB Show.

The will take place in the Piranha Bar on the 31st March at 3pm. It is FREE to attend as is the show.
