RYA Advanced Powerboat Instructor courses running at Southampton Dry Stack Boatyard.
A RYA Advanced Powerboat Instructor can instruct the RYA Intermediate, Tender Operator and Advanced Powerboat courses at a RYA Recognised Training Centre.
A feature of the course is looking at blending Digital Navigation/Radar into learning scenarios.
Exercises in uploading Waypoint Passage Plans/Routes from our classroom iPad to the Chartplotters on the Powerboat as well as Route Setting directly on the Chartplotters. Use of Radar for EBL/VRM and MARPA etc.
