11m Protector
I just picked up a new boat for myself. It's leaving from San Fran early next week.
Its going into the shop for two months for a refit.

"The hull is a 2005 but the Yamaha 225s are from 2010 and have 275 hours on them. "

I just added more 10,000lb lifts in my marina, and one 24,000lb 8 post lift to accommodate a boat this size.

Was wondering when all the AC Cup ribs were going to show up here. Nice score.
The bow on that thing is pretty impressive.

Fit twin v8 diesel Toyota / yams/ yanmars as fitted to various large ribs
Will be one of the best ribs you could ever get!

Cool Boyd!
If you can move the console back like I did on my 11m Nautica, that thing will ride like a 50 footer...

Spent some time on these boats when the AC was down here in San Diego. I ended up taking as many pictures of the ribs as I did of the AC45's
Actually got to ride on these boats, as was following the main team support boat C2.(twin 350's ! )
So great find and congratulations !
cheers Dal

Remount the motors correctly,
Cut the transom out and install swim deck, add ss rails.
Remove one bolster.

What's wrong? Surprising that team New Zealand messed that up.

Less seating and more deck space? Why?

Ah, will you be trying to appeal to the yachty types? Is this a keep or a flip?
As I said before, build thread! I'm excited for you.

The engines were swapped after the cup for smaller ones and no longer need the jack plates.
The mid bolster is not needed, and the rear seat needs to be moved fwd for access to the swim platform.
I'm keeping the boat, I just put a new lift in for her at the marina

I never realised quite how big your boat was until you posted the shots taken from the deck. That's a serious piece of kit but I'm glad you're paying the fuel bill, not me. Enjoy!
