Hi does anyone know the recommended width for a hurricane 733 full buoyancy transom please.

There are some old drawings of the zodiac bracket floating around. They produced them slightly different but the dimensions should be right. PM me your email and I can send them to you. Another member here sent them to me.

A naval architect recalculated the displacement and size of the 734 bracelet for the my four stroke installation. I have a pair of the Mercury 150 FS. The calculation showed that in order to support the engines the bracket shall be 27 centimeters wider and at least 18 centimeters longer than the original aluminum bracket. I will be doing the bracket longer yet.

The original Zodiac bracket was designed for lighter two stroke engines, if I remember correctly.
