I was able to get out on Friday and Sunday. Let me tell you Friday was just beautiful out on the Columbia river. My new RIB is really ideal for this river. I took my friend and his father-in-law out for the day and they were impressed on the roominess and the stability of the RIB. They were amazed that all three of us were standing and leaning to one side as each of us reeled in a fish. We managed to get a few fish. As usual I saw a few RIBs out on the water.

As they say "Rip some lips!"

Sturgeon??? Didn't realize you had them up there (assuming they were sturgeon.)

Looks like a nice day on the water.

I'm itching to get the boat back in after having been ferried around the Kona Coast all last week. Though I will say the warm water and 100'+ vis was nice. Still, I like our cold and low vis diving more. But it was a nice change (plus not wearing shoes for over a week was a good thing.)

Thanks for sharing the pics;

jky

Are you kidding, I would love to spend a week in sandals. My wife and I are going to Loreto, Mexico in November. Just a short trip, but I hope to do some fishing.

Man! I would love to bring the RIB down there! If I can only find a way to fit it on the plane......

Mobboss, we only a few good weekends left... You up for a cruise?
