cheap launch ladder
FYI: We often launch from a beach, and it is a beach for the bowman to crawl into the boat, in hip boots, once we are adrift. Thus, I stole an idea from a diving ladder and made a launch ladder. It works great. I made it from a discarded pickup bed extension/gate I got at the dump. I think I could have left more of it attached and it would have worked for a dive ladder, and I should have left another 6" for a launch ladder. Next time... It is light gauge SS and plastic. So far, so good.
