Cost for new tubes?

I have a ten year old SACS 6.8 meter rib. I am looking at a repower but want to do the tubes also as they are showing age. What would be a fair price for a complete refit of the tubes?

I've had quotes over the last couple years for 7m hurricanes, they have been 10-12k
