Finally winter is here.

We here in anchorage dropped below zero F on november 1st and it stayed right about 10 below to 10 above for a month. Not much snow. Then towards the end of november the weather freaked out and jumped to 40 for a day, then 60+ MPH winds for a few days, and now it just finished snowing 18 inches of fresh beautiful powder.. AHHHH! Now, I must make more coffee with whiskey.

Alas, we are back to a non-season... Too cold for boating (and she's packed away for the winter) but too mild for snow. Out of desperation, I booked a last minute flight to Banff for a week of skiing. The last time I was there, my SO buster her leg into 7 additional pieces, so we're hoping not to repeat that!

Jimmy, perhaps you read that Prairie Tuber is going to customize the runway in Winter-peg just for me when we pass through...
