Installing new tubes on a Searider 5.4

I am buying a new set of tubes for my 1984 Searider 5.4 from a UK supplier. I was planning on installing the tubes myself but it looks a bit tricky and I can't seem to find much info on how install. Does anyone know a reliable installer on the mid-Atlantic coast who could do this job? If not, any advice or info that might help me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you don't mind me asking how much did the tubes run you? There was a Searider in the Portland area for sale, but I balked on the deal.
