Looking for a mechanic in So Cal.

I would like to hire a mechanic to do a pre purchase survey of the engine and drive of a boat I am interested in buying.

I have had three recommendations from this site, but non return my calls.

Los Angeles or Orange County would be best.

Not a mechanic as such but an experienced rib driver/200ton captain.

SDG, thanks for the offer, but looking for someone with in depth mechanical knowledge of this vessel.

JKY, I was trying to get a recommendation on this site,from someone who knew someone , but Yellow Pages is where I'm headed next.
I have my boaters book Southern California edition and I'm going to check it out at lunch.
