Looking for recommendations for new tubes

I need new tubes for my Hysucat 8.5 (28 feet).

Currently located in Puerto Rico, so preferably, a manufacturer in the USA. (FL would be ideal)

It originally came with Valmex (PVC) but I'm sprouting leaks about every two weeks, and have been told Hypalon is a must for this climate.

I'll be removing the tubes and shipping them to the manufacturer to reproduce.

What are the shops I should be contacting?
