Looking for rib with COI

Anyone know of any boats out there with a Coast Guard certificate of inspection for passenger use.would like to find something in the 8-10meter range. Or has anyone had a boat go through the process, how tough / expensive is it. Lot of nice boats in the UK, but that Jones act is a real killer.

Custom aluminum Northwind (builder is now out of business) with COI for 12 (pretty sure it's 12). He said the process to get certified was a pain:
Xplore Offshore - San Diego Whale & Dolphin Boat Tours

They run a ~9m Ribcraft with a COI for 12. I've never been on this boat.

Thanks guys
I currently operate a 6 pack rib tour and would like to get be able to increase into the 10-12 passenger range, Was hoping that the CG ruling allowing 12 on an uninspected vessel implemented in the Virgin Islands earlier this year would start the ball rolling in that direction here in the states, but I have not seen anything. Ryan I will be in touch
