Need a recommendation

All:

I’m looking for a rib that will comfortably carry 6 people, has a range of ~120 miles and is ~$40k. I plan to trailer it to & from the ocean, so it will be ‘dry stored’ on its trailer. I’d also like one with the overhead ‘roll bar’ cross the back and either a ladder for getting out of the water or the cutouts in the stern. I’m planning to use a Yamaha 4-stroke outboard. We get a lot of sunshine in the U.S. Virgin Islands so uv protection will be important. I’m open to new or used, and may buy in FL since local prices seem to be high!
