I priced up a set for my H530 (pretty much the same boat, different bow locker) for an upcoming refurb. I got prices from the Zodiac dealer in Newfoundland, Wing Inflatables in California and Polaris Inflatable Boats ltd.
Zodiac was about $10K CAD for a direct replacement based on my tube serial number.
Wing were very helpful but was more expensive then zodiac and in US dollars(polyurethane tubes, $12K US I think?)
Polaris was way way cheaper (hypalon tubes). I don't have the quote in front of me but roughly 30% cheaper then zodiac. I got a great feeling from Polaris too, I think that is the direction I will go. I talked to Bill, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've been told they do great work, you send them your old tubes and they use them to pattern an identical new set. I think they do a lot of work on hurricanes, they are in British Columbia where they are made, lots of them around. I sent him some pictures and he said my tubes were not beyond saving and probably worth doing a refurbishment on, which they also do, and were willing to sell me a kit for doing it myself to avoid shipping.
Hope this helps. Try Bill at Polaris.
