Remove Old glue from HYPALON

just wondering what kind of process is used to remove old glue from Hypalon

I use a hot air gun & a spoon! A touch of Acetone carefuly also. (not at the same time tho?) lol

Best way to remove old glue is by using Toluene which is a solvent, but can be brought from Home Depot, I would not recommend using Acetone as it eats away at the fabric.
If it is still stubborn and you can not remove it, use a rotary sanding tool which attaches to a drill and very lightly sand the glue away, but not to take of the surface of the material.

Use it lightly, it'll clean the hypalon at the same time and it's ready for regluing.
