Stabond when to throw out

I bought 3 quarts of stabond adhesive on August 1 from NRS for about 51.50/quart. On their website they say it is good for about 6 months. I bought the glue for installing a new rub rail but I got busy with other projects on the boat and never got around to doing it.

Do you think I'm OK doing this now (glue was never opened), or would you recommend I buy new glue?

As long as it is less than two years old, I'd use it. Polychloroprene glues also store better than plastomer type glues. I've used 6 year old polychloroprene glue before with success.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure which type of glue Stabond is, but it sounds like I might be safe.
