Based on google earth street view I would call this guy Harrietsfield Industrial Park 202.444.3505 (the first 2 might be something else). But it could just be the neighboring buildings and not his. Try calling this outfit and see if they have any info. Perhaps Bill has fallen ill or worse?
I just wish I could get photo attachments to load on this site! Google earth street view, Go to the right of address and pan back left. You will see the Industrial park sign where I got the number.

But the management co knows if he is still the tenant or if he’s is or not paying rent. Referring back to the health problems.
I’m only bringing up this thought because if he’s loosing his space to health you want your old tubes back at least. If he’s sick and not working/paying rent it’s hard to retrieve the money but no one wants the old tubes and they will get tossed out. Good luck with this.

Yes I will see what his status is with the rent after the holiday for sure and post an update. I can’t even find another 5.4 tube to use as a template....

Perhaps even employ someone from "Task Rabbit" the smart phone app, to go and fetch it and send it to you. Since I presume you are not close to him.
