Tube replacement

I am looking in to replacing the tubes on a 4m Avon Searider and would love some recommendations on who can do this. I am on the west coast, but also wonder if they can be done without the boat there? Perhaps cut them off and send them to someone?

They might have the template already. If not, you send them your tubes and they use them to make new ones. Super good folks to work with.

Custom Fenders and Tubes in fort pierce Florida. hands-down the best aftermarket tubes made in the USA. They have built multiple Avon SR4 tubes for me. The other option is to order a factory tubeset right now they’re quoting about 4-5 months to get a set. I just ordered a factory set for a 5.4 m.

Most shops that make tubes should have a pattern for an Avon RIB.

Another option is Wing Inflatable's in Arcata up North who might be worth getting a quote from. Plus you could pickup and visit the area. I love hiking Tall Trees. I do believe they generally use polyurethane fabric for which they swear is superior to Hypalon. They do make tubes for commercial use including the military.

How old are the current tubes and why do they need replacement? Often wear patches can cover some damage. Replacement tubes are super expensive.
