valve removal

can anyone tell me the what valve this is, it is on a 99 novarania. I have some water in the tube and would like to remove it, im wondering how i can do that. is it easy to remove the valve and suck out the water. I dont even know how it got into there. any info would be helpfull, thanks

It is an Alfons Harr valve . The black gasket pulls out and gives access to a brass ring clip. That can be removed and then the valve center pulls out .

thanks again cgoing. you have always given me prompt answers when i need them, i am going to try to post a link for a great diagram i found that gives a great picture and simple instructions. must thank ribstore for the diagram i found too,
