Where to Buy a Jockey Console
Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can find a Jockey Console in the US?
Seems impossible to find locally or online.
Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried Ribcraft USA
http://www.ribcraftusa.com/
I don't know if Ribcraft USA sell the same one's as in the UK?
I also am looking and in my opinion (for the size i require) are the best consoles i have seen.
A bit pricey though but probably cheaper in USA.
Good luck

On craigslist. the guy charged me $200. I thought it was a fair price, but after seeing the same Avon console on Defender for over $1k I am pretty happy!!

Try Kevin at absolutemarine@cfi.rr.com. He bought a 733 OTH and removed the three jockey seats. He may still have them. PM me for his phone number.

Well, I'd like to say I've been out "MOOSE" hunting but I haven't been so fortunate... Although I do have some nice cold Labatt blue in the fridge!
Have been running the balls off the War Machine up until recently here so that was good... Great to see that you are still around Tuber. Have you been agitating any of the locals from Smallville lately?

Have lately spent a fair bit of time in the inflatable boat (SIB) section. On the whole, there's a pretty down-to-earth bunch that hangs out in that forum. I'm sure I could post up panda hunting pics in that section with nary a peep of protest.

Jockey Seat
Check with Defender Marine, a while back when I was looking for a console they had a really nice Zodiac one that was yellow. It was over stock or something you may need to call them.

I am in the process of making one from scratch for my 5.4 SR. I couldn't figure out a good way to fit a fuel tank inside. I also wanted a console for the garmin GPS map, VHF radio and other gauges. Mine is 1 inch wider and 5 inches longer than the original. The fuel tank is 13 gallons and sits in its own vented area but sealed from the other compartments of the console. It is constructed out of 3/8 marine grade ply, fiberglass layed up inside and out. The whole thing will be coated in Line-X truck bed coating.
I will post a picture of it mid next week.
My original avon console will be for sale dirt cheap before the end of April.
Edit... I just realized this post was started a year ago.
