who repairs the RIBs and SIBs in the disasters?

I have some hypalon and other materials I would like to donate to an organization, public or private, that uses RIBs and SIBs in the floods, hurricanes and disasters. Would like to send all to one entity so would need to be operating or servicing many inflatables.....any info would be appreciated.

CG, Police, and Navy frequently use commercial repair facilities. I've been in a CG facility where they do repairs, but they have contractors working on the boats.

Might be good to contact a local water rescue team and see if they have an association.

Any local sailing instruction organization has RIBs and they damage them frequently. Many are run on shoestring budgets and fundraisers. Keeping kids on the water is a worthy cause.
