Looks great. Can you tell me what you did to rebuild the tubes? What paint system did you use.

Thanks

I'm loving the rag-boat winch handle on the towline drum, makes perfect since because you can remove it when you're not using it and you won't bash your shins on it all the time.....good thinking!

What we did.

We refurbished the tubes by patching them and placing a 2nd skin on areas of high traffic or heavy wear. We used a paint from Canada on the tubes called parasol. I have included pictures of the tubes after refurb and paint.

wow

Wow the seatrial without tube is quite something. At first the boat looked unstable but at cruising speed it looked very safe. It is very weird looking.

Thats the first time I see that, and it is very suprising that the stern is not submerged since you have twin outboard.

Who made the outboard bracket? Armstrong?

A little Help

Ok, so we are putting on the tubes and, well its not that easy. has anybody replaced a set of tubes on a Willard 730 and willing to share some tips? we have a few inches in the rear so the holes dont line up. We were thinking of starting on the stern working our way to the bow then deflating and then installing all internal fasteners
