Interesting find. Seem wee bit narrow. Measure your roll-up slats I believe they come out to about 41.5. Seller lists 40 3/8. I've tried to fit MK2 floorboards that were I believe 40.25" wide. No go. Way too loose to be usable.
I'm not saying it's not legitimate listing but maybe somehow there is difference UK v US.
Seller lists MSN 1940014220410 Z61005 (can't find reference to that)
Zodiac NA uses NSN 2510014220410 60042 3883
2510014220410, 3883, PARTS KIT,FLOOR,VEHICULAR, 60042, ZODIAC OF NORTH AMERICA INC.

Don't know if your addressing me? but my current sib is a Avon CRRC that has a 47'' slat beam. Before that a had a Zodi Grand Raid mk 3, been on a bunch of F-470's but never thought to measure one down in the head.

Perhaps he measured the floor itself without the stringers attached? I guess we'll find out. I bought it.

I hope so! Is that your floor? He measures it without stringers attached so I'm hoping they'll fit. Going to have them sandblasted and anodized. Will report back with photos once installed.

Hey there,
I just finished my FC470 project (pics to follow).
The floor was the most challenging part but it is working well. I was lucky enough to have the bow section including the wooden board and eyelets still in good shape.
So I took a piece of Marine Ply 19mm thick and the biggest I could find (1200x2400mm). I had to trim the width down to 1000mm and the length was a bit short. To bridge the gap between the ply and the existing board I cut a pice of ply to go underneath and a piece of steel to go on the top. I carpeted the under piece of wood and drill matching holes though everything and secured the whole lot like a sandwich with 6 bolts (3 on each side). The nuts I used underneath are bolt plates that screw in allowing you to undo and redo the bolts when you need to remove the floor. I carpeted the whole floor using good quality marine carpet and put two support brackets in the floor at the back attached to the transom for support of the engine.
50HP Tohatsu went in yesterday and first run tomorrow.
I'll post some photos of my first run.
Cheers,
Phil

Congratulations! I was watching it, but didn't place any bids. You got a great deal on it. Would you mind sharing the dimensions of it?

I agree. Not cheap but good investment. Once you have system sorted out it's not that hard to come across newer hull in decent shape. Various agencies dump them periodically. Without flooring not surprisingly. They keep old floor for new hulls as well.

I just installed my new alu floor but created a new thread for it here. Comments welcome and I am particularly looking for feedback from those of you who have the same floor.

We made ours out of 1/2" marine plywood & then had them coated in truck bedliner like Rhino-line.
You want to chamfer the top & bottom down both sides so there's no 90⁰ angles cutting into the tube.
