Zodiac Hurricane 733 Bow Locker

Im building a bow locker for a project and thought i might take the time to build a mold for it if people were interested in the part. I would assume the part would cost between 300-400 with hardware.

bow lcoker

Ryan- I am not sure how the dimensions would compare since I do not have a 733 handy to measure but let me know if you think it would fit in a 640 like the one you have with the pointed bow. My boat does not have one and that was actually a topic of discussion last night while working on the boat.

Cheers

Sounds interesting Ryan ? Look forward to see how it turns out! I'm in Australia so count me out on the part. Just bought a project 733 australian built Ex navy Hurricane. Be looking for ideas for it,but like bow rope bollard for tying off anchor so won't do much with bow area. My other hurricane had a really nicely done bow locker but no rope bollard which was no good for anchoring off.
Will yours incorporate a rope bollard?

Can you explain in more detail what you mean by rope board? Are you referring to the fwd tow post or a separate board for the anchor?

The locker would not fit a 640 like i have. it will use the existing flanges in the bow or the 733.

Bollard, not board! Yes the forward tow post.
Will you incorporate one in your design?
Cheers Todd

Pulled the piece out of our deck box insert

we pulled the insert piece out today and will index it into the box in the next few days then we will add the nonskid and the hinge recess pints then build the mold.
