That happened a while ago. August of 2015. Sold from a private equity firm, now owned by a group of private owners with Dominique Heber-Suffrin as the new CEO.

He's been investing heavily in the US subsidiary in South Carolina.

Keep in mind too, Zodiac MilPro and Zodiac Leisure/Recreational are separate companies. They have been since ~2010 or so.

60,000 is a bit overzealous too. Global employement for Zodiac Nautic is about ~750 employees or so. 3 factories - South Carolina (USA), Ayguesvives (France), and Enfidha (Tunisia).
