Sorry to hear that.
That'll be one of the ones that Gordon Clown is throwing loads of money at. Probably on the way to his special needs school.
We had a youth caught in the village red handed spraying graffitti. Little darling just got a warning. The authorities believe its okay though because he's promised not to do it again. No punishment whatsoever. Bring back the stocks !!!

These dont exist in Scotland any more, all these kids have been integrated into mainstream and are now causing havoc there, and not getting the attention they need either.
'Strangely' the labour minister who was the architect of all this, has just decided to send her child to a private school, amidst a storm of protest.
Well there you go......

Cheers- I might take you up on that. It's going to see a sprayer on Friday for a quote at the same time it goes in for service so I'll know more after that.

Hey Bigs.
If you spent all day cleaning your car you must be bored or senile. Try a copy of Playboy mag. it is more fun.

Its just a ritual of mine. Once a week I clean my car and once a week I clean hers indoors. Its the good bit about being a shift worker doing 4 on 4 off. I also have a couple of beers whilst I appreciate my work and listen to the radio. Everybody else is working and I'm polishing my machines, very therapeutic, and obviously the boat gets a day of the finest polish.
With regards Playboy I've got a lovely wife so don't need that stuff.

I think there should be studies into this. I am totally convinced that birds deliberately target clean cars only!!! Seriously though they ONLY crap on my cars when they are clean.
Even stranger I find that they like to watch themselves in the door mirror when they are doing it - either that or they see their reflections and crap themselves!!!

Vandals
Nos sorry about your car. This is a little off track but related.
Everyone attempts to get the authorities to sort this problem, the political correctness of the time/resources will always stop them.
Contrary to advise given authorities who tell you you just have phone the police or put up with it, you can sort it yourself. I had a problem with cars getting stolen a few years back, tried all the usuals police etc, with no affect, so found the solution myself.
Get a sheet of very hard rubber 2-3 mil think about the size of a cushion.shove 200 needles through from the underside back the rubber/needles with thin ply so it looks like a bed of nails, find soft foam place over the needles, finish lovingly with some velvety material and place on the driver's seat.....then wait for your barsteward to arrive...
no need even to wait up worrying, you'll hear the screams.. it's great!!
My visitor popped the sun roof with his head.
The police followed the pain/ blood /screams to the hospital then asked him to deny it
word got around in the ring piece community that I was a lunatic, problem solved!
Cods, re seagulls and and cars, why have they all got dysentery?

Good Body shop
Nos4r2,
I can highly recommend Autocolour in Wotton Basset they are really good. They mainly do Land Rover work as they are who the NFU use and TH Whites however they will do other makes as well.
Not the cheapest but this really is a time where you will get what you pay for.
Chris
