I did manage to say hello to Alan for the first time in many years whilst I was there, but his Son James runs the business now.
After 175K miles, with lots of towing, my Discovery 3 finally needed a new Torque Converter.
I had a Megaflush done a couple of years ago to lengthen it’s life, but it was shot to pieces.
They supplied and fitted a reconditioned unit as well as changing the oilpan/filter for a very good price and at short notice, I’m really pleased with how well the truck now drives.
