Kids Quads

Anybody have any experience with the "lower" budget kids quads? I have looked at the big names (honda, suzi, quadzilla etc.) and they are all massive money new and the used ones in budget look rough. I'm looking for one for our 6 tear old lad. He's driven a cheap electric one for a while and is ready to move on. I spotted the Orion Mikro for about £600 at quads4kids. It is almost certainly Chinese, but has a years warranty, parts are readily available and it looks better than some of the cheaper ones on ebay etc. Does anybody have any experience with these or any others? Other options are the Kazuma Meerkat, which doesn't look as good on paper, and the generic Thundercat 110, which doesn't look good in the photos. I'd love to get him a "proper" one, but for the use it will get, can't justify £2k.
