Wasnt all this exactly what the police said cameras would remove, active policing by a human(?) in a vehicle? The top 5 areas in terms of numbers of cameras also have the highest death levels.
What a ringing endorsement of the labour party's ability to take policing in the new milenium, we'll be seeing this extending to all years with AD before them now.
