Wide lighting board

I need to replace/repair the lighting board on my Indespension Roller Coaster 3.5 trailer.

It has basically broken itself up on the mounting pins of the retractable bars.

It is a lot wider than the lighting boards you pick up in halfords etc.

Other than indespension, any other sources or suggestions to make things a bit more rugged?

The lights themselves are OK, its the white backboard that has brokenup.

Cheers,

Orve.

The extrusion that is used is available from plastic cladding and double glazing companies. Get a more substantial section and transfer the lights over. You might not have any joy with the big companies but the smaller independents might be helpful.

You may get one at a farm equipment supplier.

Hi Orville !
Where do you live - I have two as new ( almost) from my Snipe trailers ..... they are a bit better than the Indespension ones (IMHO) as they are backed with galvanised channel. Slightly different mountings to Inde .... but if you can collect > you can have one for ...... free
I am in Chesterfield.

It might be a bit naughty but the red/white chequered plastic that gets left around excavations/roadworks on paths makes good trailerboard. Just wait til the chavs trash some of the barrier and pick it up
