1993 Willard Seaforce 730 2008 Cummins Diesel
$29,995 1993 Willard 24 ft Rigid Inflatable Boat, with a year 2008 5.9 Turbo Cummins Diesel (115HOURS) same motor found in most Fed Ex trucks, early Dodge diesel pick-ups and many sportsfishers… These boats are built for $145,000 and used by the military. We all know how the military personnel can be very rough on things, that is why these boats are built so tough!! The drive is a Konrad 520, it is the toughest drive out there!!! Call them up, this drive is built to last not like the cheap OMC, Mercruisers, or Volvo Pentas, try to pick one up, the difference is in the weight, ALL GEAR and 4 gallons of Oil…I have worked on many boats, designing systems, repowering etc., You will not find a better more rugged boat for the money! Small Craft Advisories is were the real fun starts! I have been in amazingly scarey seas in this boat and it would be my boat of choice, even to the 11 Meter RHIBS that I reconstruct! Cruise all day long, this boat is very economical 3.8 GPM @ 2700 RPM @ 34 mph! This boat has new Batteries, Paint, cushions, electrical, cabling, VHF, Decking etc. Too much to list… check out my website RHIBUNLIMITED.com. If you have any questions feel free to ask

I was thinking gallons per minute. That might be the tow vehicle though.
Wish I could afford the boat, looks nice.
Someday... Maybe.

Dear owner, please clarify the maximum distance with cruise mode engine with full tanks (its volume & if possible need real diesel cost for this trip).
Second question is what coast and nearest port good for such shipment.

Approximately 3.8 - 4.0 miles per gallon
Multiply that by a 34.6 gallon tank

Also, there is 8 inches of space under the tank. If you need more range, you could put a new, larger tank in that takes advantage of that space.
Look at some other posts by the OP, he has a Zodiac (same configuration/engine) available that has a ~60 gallon tank in it.

Los Angeles has a port
However this hull may or may not be exportable given its previous military life.
